EverGreen est un quartet aux chansons et morceaux originaux inscrits dans une esthétique jazz moderne et lyrique. Entre inspirations nordiques et influences nord-américaines (EST, Chick Corea, Julian Lage…), les compositions saisissantes, crues et poétiques du guitariste franco-suédois Victor Wahlström évoque autant l’étrangeté et la beauté du monde dans lequel il se tient que les images d’espoir qui s’animent en lui.
EverGreen is modern jazz quartet with both lyrical and innovative compositions. The group draws its inspiration from nordic music as well as the american tradition of jazz, blues and folk. (EST, Chick Corea, Julian Lage). The gripping songs, both raw and poetic by the Swedish guitarist Victor Wahlstrom paints a picture of the strangeness and beauty of the world we live in as well as the hope that drives us forward.
