Après l’album La Furie sorti en 2023, la pianiste et compositrice Virginie Peyral joue son nouvel ep en piano solo « Quartier Japy ».
Plus qu’un simple projet musical, Quartier Japy est une fusion du piano et de la rue, un album où chaque morceau raconte une histoire intense, enracinée dans la vie du “Quartier Japy” à Paris 11.
Virginie Peyral met en scène ses amis du quartier ou des récits qui les représentent, avec cette même intensité émotionnelle qui caractérise son jeu. Un EP autobiographique, une bande originale.
Le rappeur Adeyemi et d’autres invités seront présents pour célébrer la sortie de l’EP.

Following the release of her album La Furie in 2023, pianist and composer Virginie Peyral is performing her new solo piano EP, Quartier Japy.
More than just a musical project, Quartier Japy is a fusion of piano and street music, an album in which each track tells an intense story rooted in the life of the Quartier Japy neighborhood in Paris’s 11th arrondissement.
Virginie Peyral brings her friends from the neighborhood or stories that represent them to life, with the same emotional intensity that characterizes her playing. An autobiographical EP, a soundtrack.
Rapper Adeyemi and other guests will be present to celebrate the release of the EP.
